This Policy aims to ensure the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and fairness in all auctions conducted through the BidYo Platform and forms an integral part of the Platform's general Terms and Conditions.

1. General Principles

BidYo is committed to the following principles:

• Equal opportunity for all participating users;
• Transparency in the display of auctions and their results;
• Non-discrimination among users;
• Protection of the integrity of the technical auction system.

2. Auction Mechanism

• Auctions operate through an automated electronic system based on time or published rules.
• No manual intervention is permitted in determining auction outcomes.
• The winning bidder is determined based on the highest valid bid at the end of the auction period.

3. Prohibited Practices and Anti-Manipulation

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots, automated software, or any unlawful means;
• Coordinating or colluding with other users;
• Creating or using multiple accounts;
• Engaging in any conduct intended to unfairly influence auction outcomes.

4. Platform Role and Responsibilities

BidYo undertakes to:

• Monitor auctions through automated and technical means;
• Take appropriate action upon suspicion of violations;
• Cancel or suspend non-compliant auctions when necessary,

without incurring any liability or obligation to provide compensation.

5. Investigations and Corrective Actions

In the event of suspected manipulation or misuse:

• BidYo may initiate an internal investigation;
• Temporarily or permanently suspend user accounts;
• Cancel winning bids or affected auctions;
• Take lawful actions as required.

6. Transparency and Disclosure

BidYo endeavors to disclose:

• Auction rules clearly within the Platform;
• Any material changes to gameplay or auction mechanics.

BidYo is not obligated to disclose internal technical details of its systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

BidYo does not guarantee that any user will win an auction and shall not be liable for any losses arising from failure to win.

8. Amendments

BidYo reserves the right to amend this Policy when necessary. Users will be notified of material amendments via the Platform or the User's registered email address.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy.
